Click on the Support Chat Bot at the bottom right of this page. Once the Support Chat Bot is launched you will receive step-by-step instructions on how to retrieve your Customer Number.

If You Have Not Yet Registered

Customers who purchased one of our products from Final Draft® or one of its authorized resellers can register online here. Customers who purchased Final Draft from the Apple Mac App Store must use the online registration function available in the application. Open Final Draft on your computer and go to Help > Register Online.
